It’s Mermaid Time

Mermaid is an excellent exercise to add to your Pilates practice. Many times in the beginning phases of Pilates we miss out on side bending. Mermaid is the perfect exercise to start preparing yourself for more advance side bending exercises as well as create flexibility in the spine.
